Plaud is now live on the AgentPMT marketplace as a connector that gives agents access to your voice recordings, AI notes, and speaker-attributed transcripts. It already powers running workflows that turn recorded conversations into CRM notes, follow-up emails, tracked action items, and Slack recaps.
Now Available: Plaud, So Your Recordings Stop Dead-Ending in One App
The best part of a client call often happens in the last four minutes, after the video call ends, while you are walking to the parking lot. You recorded it. It is sitting in an app, and nothing else in your stack knows it exists.
Plaud is live on the AgentPMT marketplace, and it is the piece that lets an agent reach into that account and act on what you captured.
What it is
Plaud is a connector that gives a productivity AI assistant access to your Plaud recordings: meetings, calls, and voice memos, along with the AI notes and full transcripts attached to them. Agents discover it and call it through AgentPMT's dynamic MCP server, so there is no server to stand up and no SDK to wire in. Link the account once, and from then on every conversation you capture is something your agents can query.
How it works, and why the shape of it gets me
Four capabilities, each landing exactly where you want it. Search the library by name or by date range, so "the Henderson call from last Tuesday" resolves to a real recording instead of a scroll session. Pull the AI note when a compact answer is enough: summary, action items, key topics, ready to drop into a ticket. Pull the full transcript when exact wording matters, timestamped and attributed by speaker, so an agent quotes what the client actually said instead of paraphrasing around it. Confirm which account is connected before any of it runs.
Speaker attribution is the part I keep going back to. A flat wall of text is a document. A diarized transcript is structured data about a conversation, and structured data is what an automation can act on without guessing. It runs pay-per-use with no required subscription, so a recording you never query costs you nothing.
What people are already building with it
This is where the connector stops being a tool and starts being infrastructure, because it already sits inside a set of running AgentPMT workflows. The Plaud Call Logger for Pipedrive reviews each new recording, decides whether it was a genuine client conversation, matches the spoken name and company to a person and an open deal, and files the call note where a rep would have typed it. The Plaud Client Follow-Up Email Drafter writes a recap email strictly from what was said, proposes a recipient from your contacts, and holds it until you approve, so nothing leaves your inbox without a human nod. The Plaud Master Action-Item Tracker collects every task anyone committed to out loud, with its owner and any spoken due date resolved to a real calendar date, into one sheet.
There are more. Plaud Meeting Recap to Slack posts a speaker-labeled recap with decisions, topics, and owners into a channel. Plaud Spoken Commitments to Telegram Reminders catches the "I'll get that to you Thursday" and pings you on Thursday. Plaud Recordings to Google Drive Sync builds an audio and transcript archive your other agents can read. They all live in the AgentPMT workflow skills library, and they are compositions, not features: the connector supplies the conversation, other tools supply the CRM, the sheet, the channel, the inbox.
None of that needs you at a keyboard. Chain the connector into an automation flow and let a schedule sweep for new recordings each evening, or let a webhook fire it the moment another platform reports something worth reacting to, a deal stage change, a form submission, a new lead. Drive it from Hermes, OpenClaw, Codex, Claude Code, or ChatGPT, or hand it to an agent running fully autonomously with no local setup at all through the dynamic MCP. The recap can be filed before anyone is back at their desk.
Why this matters right now
Most AI note-taking lives inside video conferencing. A bot joins the call, and if the conversation is not on that call, it is not captured. A large share of real business talk never touches a video call: the site walk, the car ride, the conference hallway, the phone call, the idea you talked through at 6am.
The cost of the status quo is boring and enormous. Reps burning a slice of every day on post-call admin. CRM hygiene decaying until the pipeline report is closer to fiction than forecast. Consultancies writing up notes on time they cannot bill. Commitments that were made out loud, agreed to by both sides, and then quietly evaporated because nobody typed them anywhere.
Business workflow automation already swallowed invoicing, onboarding, and ticket routing. Conversations held out, because unstructured audio was expensive to work with. That excuse is gone. For agencies and consultancies, this is professional services automation with the tedious half removed, since the record of what was promised gets built from the conversation itself. That is artificial intelligence for productivity measured in hours returned rather than in another chat window.
Link your account once, then point an agent at it and watch a week of recordings turn into CRM notes, follow-ups, and tracked commitments. Try Plaud on the marketplace and pick a workflow to run it through.
